Message There is something additional to note. An aftermarket boost guage may register boost even with the car off depending on the location of the boos guage vaccume source and whether the PRVR system is still on the car. The car stores boost pressure and then feeds this pressure to the FPR so at startup the fuelrail has a higher pressure. It's supposed to prevent vapor-lock. However if you tap into the line coming for the FPR (which is commonly done) you may have boost when the car is off and even at idle till the engine is reved. Just an FYI.
